Basil Tomato Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (15 oz.) pkg. folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust (1 crust)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
    5 Roma or 4 medium tomatoes
    1 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
    fresh basil leaf (optional)
Preparation
    Unfold pie crust according to package directions.
    Place in a 9-inch quiche dish or glass pie plate.
    Flute edge; press with the tines of a fork, if desired.
    Prebake according to package directions.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Cool on a wire rack.
