Hungarian Keiffels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 cake yeast
Preparation
    Crumble yeast in sour cream.
    Beat the egg yolks.
    Add cream, then mix with flour mixture.
    Knead ingredients to form a ball. Roll out in circles; fill with a nut filling.
    Bake 8 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Brush with egg yolk and return to oven to bake 10 minutes more.
