Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Mix sausage and cheese.
    Mix in Bisquick thoroughly.
    Make balls; roll them into bite-size balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    (Dough may be mixed and frozen ahead.)
