Maple Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. chopped apple, peeled
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Spray 12 muffin cups with vegetable spray.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add milk, margarine, syrup and egg whites, mixing until just moist.
    Fold in apples.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Top with pecan halves.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cool slightly.
    Glaze.
