Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large sweet potatoes
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cook, peel and mash potatoes.
    Beat egg whites and set aside. Using an electric mixer, blend potatoes, egg yolks, sugar, nutmeg, allspice and margarine until smooth.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
