Fluffy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 oz. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil
34 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
22 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
2 sliced bananas
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 c. juice in small saucepan.
Set pineapple aside.
To saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and chill.
In salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and bananas.
Fold in Cool Whip and chilled sauce.
Chill several hours.
