Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. California blend vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook vegetables per directions on package. Drain off excess water when done. While vegetables are cooking, heat butter, celery soup and cheese on low heat until cheese is melted. Add sauce mixture to drained vegetables and pour in casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle a small amount of melted butter over cracker crumbs. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crackers are lightly browned.
