Baked Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, well beaten
1 large (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 c. cheese, grated

Preparation

Thaw spinach. Blend all ingredients and put in an 11 x 7-inch buttered casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut in squares to serve.
