Hamburger Mac Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (11 to 12 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is not pink. Drain. Add the tomato juice, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Makes 2 servings.
