Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 lb. hot bulk sausage (uncooked)
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler, stirring frequently.
Combine cheese, sausage and biscuit mix; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yield:
about 4 dozen.
