Chicken In Phyllo Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breasts
    24 sheets phyllo dough
    melted butter
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    Parmesan cheese
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix sauce. Use ingredients from mayonnaise to tarragon from list.
    Salt and pepper each chicken breast.
    Use two phyllo sheets per breast.
    Spread one sheet with melted butter.
    Spread another sheet with melted butter and lay it on top of first one. Coat a chicken breast with sauce and roll it up in the phyllo sheets, tucking the dough around chicken.
    Repeat with each chicken breast.
    Place each breast (tuck down) on baking sheet.
    Don't let them touch.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Freeze or bake.
    If frozen, thaw completely before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
