Cheese And Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook ground beef in small amount of oil in large deep skillet until brown.
Drain excess fat.
Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms; mix well.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water (as per package directions).
Pour half of shells into deep casserole. Cover with half of tomato-meat mixture and half of sour cream. Top with Provolone.
Repeat layering and end with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese melts and browns.
