Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 1/3 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 c. dry red wine
    8 carrots, peeled and sliced
    8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Combine flour and steak in plastic bag.
    Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in Dutch oven until tender.
    Add steak; cook over medium heat, stirring often until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
