Maritime Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onion, chopped
    3 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 lb. cheese slices
    1 lb. lobster
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 lb. cooked scallops, quartered
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in 3 tablespoons butter.
    In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add onion, celery and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, then add seafoods.
    Pour into a large casserole or individual dishes.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
