Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
3 c. diced apples
3/4 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all liquids together.
Mix all dry ingredients together, then mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
