Dorothy'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb (small pieces)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and flour.
    Mix together with wooden spoon and stir in soft butter and salt.
    Pour this over rhubarb in unbaked shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
