Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all this together.
Put in greased muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes approximately 12 muffins.
