Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in soy sauce.
    Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.
    Pour remaining soy sauce over chicken.
    Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and add peppers and pineapple.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer.
    Serves two.
    Each serving exchanges 3 meats, 1 vegetable and 1 fruit.
