Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. canned salmon
    1 tsp. chopped garlic (bottled in oil)
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    3 eggs or egg substitute
    Cheddar cheese, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. salsa (medium-hot)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Form into patties.
    Fry until crisp in hot olive oil.
    Top with a slice of cheese.
    Serve with mustard or salsa sauce. Also makes a great burger sandwich.
    Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
