Cookie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Fudge Stripe cookies
    2 small instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 (9 oz.) whipped topping
    4 small cans Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Crumble 3/4 package cookies into bite-size pieces; set aside. Combine pudding and buttermilk thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping and then add the mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    When ready to serve, mix in the crumbled cookie pieces and then place the remaining whole cookies on top for decoration.
