Nut Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely ground walnuts
    1/2 c. finely ground sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. finely ground cashews
    1/2 c. raw wheat germ
    1 large onion
    1 c. cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into meat balls.
    Roll in a little bread crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or can be fried.
    Can be used with spaghetti.
