Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked
    3 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash squash up.
    Add eggs, 1/2 cup crackers, 1/4 cup butter, milk, onions, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole and top with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown around edges.
    You may garnish with cheese, if desired.
