Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 3/8 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot or guava preserves
    3 to 5 lb. chicken thighs
Preparation
    Combine Italian dressing, dry onion soup mix and apricot or guava preserves.
    Pour over chicken thighs which have been placed in a large shallow baking dish.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 and baste occasionally with pan drippings.
    Serve hot with rice and sweet and sour sauce.
