Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed venison
    2 pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    3 or 4 peeled potatoes, cubed
    2 cans beef broth
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in large stew pot, adding enough water to achieve desired consistency between
    soup or thick stew. Simmer on low to medium-low for 3 or 4 hours.
    Makes a very mild, but tasty soup.
