Country Style Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    dash of salt
    dash of black pepper or paprika
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium potatoes, shredded
    fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute sausage until done; add onion and butter until soft. Add potatoes; saute until lightly browned. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and water; pour over sausage-potato mixture. Cook until eggs are set. Turn with spatula. Cook other side. Serves 4.
