Beef Stew(18 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. boneless chuck roast
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 qt. lima beans
    1 qt. peas
    1 qt. potatoes, chopped
    1 qt. onions, chopped
    1 qt. corn
    3 c. carrots, chopped
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and chopped
    1 gal. tomatoes
    4 qt. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to your liking
Preparation
    Put just enough oil in pan to brown meat.
    Add other ingredients and cook on medium heat until vegetables are done.
