Kim'S Ham And Hash Brown Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    4 thin slices ham, cut in pieces
    2 c. shredded, cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; crumble.
    Cook ham; crumble.
    Add potatoes, onion and pepper to skillet and cook until brown and crisp.
    Blend eggs and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Top with cheese, bacon and ham.
    Cover and cook at low temperature for 10 minutes. Serve in 4 wedges.
