Vienna Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 egg whites
    9 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
    Add sugar; beat well. Add flour, salt and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until very stiff.
    Add egg yolk mixture to whites, folding carefully.
    Pour into large ungreased angel food pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
