Pineapple Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    4 canned pineapple slices, well drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Set oven at broil and/or 550\u00b0.
    Shape meat into 8 thin patties; sprinkle with salt.
    Place pineapple slice on each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal.
    Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
    Broil with tops 4-inches from heat until brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Mix brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Turn patties.
    Spoon mixture on patties and broil until desired doneness, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
