Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    3 c. herb season stuffing mix
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package.
    Drain well.
    Combine ingredients and mix.
    Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields: 11 dozen.
    Can be frozen before baked.
    Thaw slightly and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
