Wild Rice And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can broiled mushrooms
    1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute onion slowly in butter.
    Smooth in flour and brown.
    Add bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and juice from can of mushrooms.
    Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Stir in mushrooms and cook until heated through.
    Serve over wild rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
