Cauliflower Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower (1 lb.), broken into flowerets
    1 carrot, grated
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 tsp. instant chicken bouillon in 3 c. water or 3 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer on reduce heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Melt butter in small pan.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; blend.
    Add milk, stirring until mixture boils.
    Add cheese and cook until cheese melts.
    Stir cheese sauce into vegetable mixture.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
