Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large ripe bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except flour. Gradually add flour, stirring lightly.
    Pour into muffin cup inserts in muffin pans.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 2 dozen muffins.
