South Of The Border Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    6 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 c. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese
    chopped tomatoes, green pepper and avocado to garnish
Preparation
    Cook meats, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion tender.
    Stir in flour, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, chilies and chili powder.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
