Aunt Minnie'S Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. bacon or sausage
    3/4 c. milk
    12 oz. cheese
    sift of parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    Italian seasoning (optional)
    salsa
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces (or crumble sausage into small pieces); fry.
    When meat is browned, add bell pepper and onion. Cook until onion starts to clear.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Add egg mixture to meat and vegetables.
    Top with cheese and cover.
