Glazed Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Put butter or oleo in hot mashed potatoes; stir until butter is melted.
Add sugar, slightly beaten egg and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust.
Sprinkle 1/4 sugar over top of pie.
Wait until sugar becomes moist, then put into oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and glaze has formed.
