Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together oil and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients. Blend into first mixture.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Grease and flour 2 (10-inch) pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    When cool, ice with cream cheese frosting.
