Tangy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. grape jelly
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, salt, pepper, egg and cream.
    Shape into 1/4-inch balls.
    In skillet, brown meatballs in butter, turning carefully to avoid piercing.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to brown meatballs.
    Cover; reduce temperature and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 4 or 5 dozen.
