Josette'S Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna noodles (approximately 20)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (non chunky)
    2 lb. ground beef
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet and set aside.
    Boil noodles until cooked and rinse with water.\tBlend cheeses together and set aside.
    Add browned ground meat with sauce and seasoning in a pan and simmer.
    Spread cheeses onto noodle on one side.
    Roll noodles, curly side out.
    Cut in half.
    Do so with remainder of noodles.
    Pour sauce into baking dish and place noodles with non-curly side down into sauce.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm.
