Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    3 eggs, beaten
    Italian bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry white wine, if desired
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3/4 lb. grated Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Soak chicken pieces in beaten eggs overnight.
    Roll chicken pieces in Italian bread crumbs and saute in butter.
    Arrange pieces in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add to the drippings in your frying pan, 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup dry white wine.
    Pour over chicken; top with mushrooms and grated Muenster cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (decrease oven temperature to 325\u00b0 if using a glass baking dish).
