Wayne'S Hush Puppies(For Large Gatherings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
2 1/2 lb. Aunt Jemima self-rising white corn meal
1 lb. flour
1 qt. tap water
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well; drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Submerge, if possible, until brown.
