White Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb white American cheese
    milk
    finely chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cube cheese and put in a saucepan. Over medium - low heat, add just enough milk to melt the cheese to the desired consistency, stirring constantly so cheese doesn't burn. Blend in finely chopped jalapenos to taste. Leftovers may be refrigerated and reheated on the stovetop by adding a little milk and stirring over medium - low heat.
