Texas-Style Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 to 18 oz.) jar or can baked beans
    18 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. beer
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. diced or slivered red or sweet white onion
    chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Combine beans, tomatoes, picante sauce, beer and brown sugar in large saucepan.
    Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
    Stir in rice and salt; heat through.
    Sprinkle with onion and cilantro.
