Pecan Pie 3 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. shelled pecans
4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar together thoroughly. Add the eggs, syrup and salt.
Mix well.
Add the vanilla and pecans.
Pour into the pie pan lined with pastry. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 until firm.
