Rice And Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. butter or chicken fat
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Saute almonds and onion in butter for 10 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add bouillon and cream, stirring until thickened.
Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
Pour into casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
