Snack Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. Rice Chex, crushed
    6 c. quick-cooking oats
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 bags (one 16 oz., one 10 oz.) large marshmallows
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, mini M&M's or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
    In a saucepan over low heat, cook and stir marshmallows and butter until marshmallows are melted.
    Add honey and mix well.
    Pour over cereal mixture; mix well.
    Add chips, M&M's or raisins if desired. Pat two-thirds into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and the remaining third into a 9-inch square pan.
    Cool.
    Yield:
    4 to 5 dozen.
