Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. orange Jell-O (small)
1 large can Carnation milk
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
2 pie shells
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and pineapple juice until smooth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add Jell-O, then let cool completely. Whip milk which has been refrigerated overnight.
Add lemon juice. Fold cooled Jell-O mixture into whipped milk, blending well. Place mixture into 2 prepared crusts.
Refrigerate and then serve.
