Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat thoroughly and pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Serve with salad for complete meal.
