One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening (to grease pan)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk.
    Add dry ingredients and knead 5 minutes.
    Roll 1/4-inch.
    Cut and place on greased pan.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
