Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 large egg
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in greased muffin pan until golden brown.
    Makes 12 muffins.
